My son told me once “You cannot hide the truth!” I went into the other room at that point, grabbed a pencil and a piece of paper and wrote “Truth” on it. I showed this to my son and then… I went and hid it. He was very upset with me. He did keep looking for it though for several weeks before giving up.
Here is the thing though, and my point for today’s little ego trip of mine. Truth is very dependent on one’s own personal point of view. Our own perspective, thoughts, ideas and life lessons color everything we do. The best we can hope for is to be tolerant of other peoples ideas of what “Truth” is and try to get along. I know, I know I harp on this a bit. I think it’s important for people to consider. Like Obi-Wan Kenobi said “You’re going to find that many of the truths we cling to depend greatly on our own point of view.”

"Whatever you do, don´t stop writing, write only for yourself if that´s what you want". It might sound as nothing, but in a time in which I doubted so much about myself, it meant the world for me.
